Inclusive minutes can be used to call 01/02 landlines (100% of incl mins), UK mobiles on O2/EE/Three/Vodafone (max 50% of incl mins), and 03 landlines (max 30% of incl mins). Calls to other mobile networks are not covered by inclusive minutes. The account type you choose applies to all channels in your account, you cannot mix account types.

Number rental and setup charges

  • Phone numbers £0.50/month

    We can provision you as many regular numbers as you require. Setup is free.

  • Phone numbers (Silver) £3/month

    Silver numbers are more aesthetically pleasing than regular numbers, and are priced accordingly. Setup is £7.

  • Phone numbers (Gold) £15/month

    Gold numbers are more aesthetically pleasing than silver numbers, and are priced accordingly. Setup is £35.

  • Phone numbers (Platinum) £30/month

    Platinum numbers are more aesthetically pleasing than gold numbers, and are priced accordingly. Setup is £35.

  • Ported-in numbers FREE

    There are no monthly fees for ported-in numbers. Setup is £1.

  • Ported-in numbers (non-geographic) £1/month

    Non-geographic numbers include those starting 03. Setup is £1.

Number porting charges

  • Pre-order validation £8

    To reduce the chance of a number porting order failing, we can run some pre-order checks to ensure things go smoothly.

  • Single number import £15

    Bring your number with you to File Sanctuary. Fee is per number, regardless of outcome, so we recommend adding pre-order validation. Order number import »

  • Multi line / DDI block import £15

    Bring a block of numbers with you to File Sanctuary. Fee is per number, per attempt, regardless of outcome, capped at £90 per attempt.

  • Date change or cancellation of submitted port request £15

    Fee is per port, per attempt.

  • Resubmission of rejected port request £15

    Fee is per port, per resubmission.

  • Single number export £13

    Fee is per attempt submitted, regardless of outcome.

  • Multi line / DDI block export £13

    Fee is per number, per attempt submitted, regardless of outcome, capped at £325 per attempt.

Additional features

  • 1 year call recording retention £5/month

    Upgrade from 30 days to 1 year of retention for your call recordings. Monthly fee is per customer, not per channel. Longer retention terms available upon request.
