As usual for the holidays, we’ll be operating a reduced support service for the Christmas break. This year that will be from 6pm GMT on December 21, 2022 until 10am GMT on January 5, 2023.
If you need to contact us over the holidays, the best way to reach us is to create a support ticket. Please bear in mind that ticket responses may take a little longer over the holidays.
Telephone technical support will be unavailable over the holidays, but new for this year, our phone lines will remain open so that you can contact our reception team in case you’re unable to create a ticket.
As always we will be continuously monitoring our platform 24×7, and our engineers will be paged in the event of any service problem, day or night.
Don’t forget that you can also check our status page at any time for any important service status updates, or if you suspect that there might be a major service issue. You can also use that link to sign up for email notifications from our status page if you haven’t already done so. Broadband customers can also view carrier status alerts for their line in the customer portal.
