We look after websites.
It's what we do, from small personal sites to enormous web applications, we'll make sure your website and email are nice and comfy on our servers.
We're good at what we do.
We've been nurturing websites for our customers since 2001, so we've had a lot of time to refine our service. We're the ideal home for your website.
We're real people, not robots.
We're not a faceless corporation, we're here to help you. Aaron is our founder, and he openly welcomes public conversations with our customers.

Help & Support

We've got two main ways you can get help. This page explains which one to use, and when.

Get Satisfaction: Your first port of call

Be sure to check out our Get Satisfaction customer community, it's a place where you can meet our staff and other customers, asking questions, reporting problems and suggesting ideas. It's our aim to be as accessible and friendly as possible.

The whole thing's searchable too, so if you run into a problem we've already helped someone else with, the answer will be right there for you straight away!

You'll want to tell Get Satisfaction that you're a customer of ours. Head over to the Get Satisfaction customer community and scroll down until you can see the big button that says "I'm a customer" on the right-hand side, then click it. If you're already got an account with Get Satisfaction, Facebook, Twitter, Windows Live (MSN), or any OpenID provider in the past, there's absolutely no signup process beyond this. Easy peasy. :)

Support Tickets: When dealing with sensitive data or emergencies

With Get Satisfaction, everything is public and searchable. For this reason, we ask you to please not post your passwords, billing information, or any other sensitive data to Get Satisfaction.

If you need to send us any information you'd consider private, it's safer to create a support ticket, either by using the support ticket area of the customer portal (which works even if you can't get to your email), or alternatively you can send an email to yourfriends@filesanctuary.net.

When you create a support ticket (either through the customer portal, or by email), File Sanctuary staff are sent SMS messages, so we know right away that you need help. This means support tickets are also the best way of getting in touch with us in an emergency too.
